Cargo Pants For Women Easier Than Jeans!
Did you wear cargo pants in the 90’s? I lived in them and had them in every colour and fabric. Back then I used the pockets instead of a handbag. Too bulky to get away with that today, me not the cargos! Today those pockets are used for my phones, keys and wallet, it means I never lose them and always know where they are. Let me tell you that is quite an achievement for this midlife woman. Today I’m twice the age I was when I first wore them. Too old? Never cargo pants for women are the best thing to come back as a trend. I never thought I’d be writing that when jeans and trousers in all shapes and silhouettes have been at the core of my wardrobe for as long as I can remember . . .
Cargo Pants In my wardrobe
How many is too many? In my experience you can never have too many pairs of extremely wearable, great quality cargos be they shorts, jeans or smart trousers. I’m celebrating that they are back on the high street and in my wardrobe. I bought my first new pair, last year and have not looked back since. I presently own 3 pairs, the jeans pair below plus a cream and a khaki pair..[show_ms_widget id=”36089288″ image_id=”41967091″ width=”1333″ height=”2000″]

Q. What to wear with cargo pants?
A. Anything you want! Some suggestions below
Keep it loose and relaxed
The best type of outfits are ones that you throw on without a backward glance, The ones you know work for you anytime, anywhere. The outfits you put on when you dress for your lifestyle and no one else’s. They are your. personal style manifested out of thin air. Cargos are like that they will take you anywhere, from Sainsbury’s to lunch with a friend and back again.
Wear anything loose, maybe tuck it in at the front or don’t. Baggy oversized jumpers and/or shirts, depending on the UK weather. White t-shirts in summer. For your feet I think loafers are wonderful, as we slowly emerge from our boots and hibernation. You don’t have to spend a fortune but do make sure they are comfy.
Take a look at what I’ve found for you below.
