Jeans And Jumpers 5 Winter Hero Outfits To Suit All Budgets
Jeans and Jumpers are always a good idea
Jeans and Jumpers are a staple diet in my wardrobe. Some people may call this lazy dressing. I can assure you it is not! The secret as always is in the silhouette. For example, are you Team Baggy or Team Cargo? Or are you perhaps a high waisted relaxed fan? I am Team Wide and Baggy with a scattering of frayed, depending on my mood. As much as I love to wear my jeans and jumpers, I hate to shop for them. Too many choices, it becomes exhausting. Here then is a page of 5 casual outfits to hopefully inspire you.

A note on style during the menopause
The older I become the fatter I become! But as long as I am eating healthily and feel good in my skin then I will not let this change bother me. However, I have had to change my wardrobe, tight clothes no longer feel stylish or comfortable. A personal choice I know, but the danger is in becoming stuck. By stuck I mean being afraid to experiment, or too nervous to switch ‘it’ up. The it may be your hair, your makeup or the way you dress.
Please don’t be afraid to embrace change. Midlife is all about change and I strongly feel if you can’t bend with it, you may just break from it. Remember, it won’t last, everything will be ok in the end. Menopause does not last forever, but any advice that helps avoid the pitfalls is surely worth it.
