Autumn Fragrance Scents of the Season & Floral Street
Autumn fragrance along with all the scents and sights of this beautiful season, are the ones I look forward to sampling the most. You see I am an October girl, a Libra and in Autumn I politely request perfume for my birthday. This year will be no different, However, I will be looking at value for money (his money that is!) as I feel perfumes are demanding silly prices at the moment. Or is it just me? am I getting older and out of touch perhaps ? Hmm, with some perfumes retailing at over £200 I think not!

Previous His ‘n Hers Birthday Scents Vs today’s Prices.
The past years have found us both perusing the new fragrance reviews. Sniffing samples, peeling back those little scent stickers in the magazines. Visiting fragrance boutiques and deciding either on a new scent or choosing to rely on our old faithfuls. M is currently reaching for and wearing Le Labo’s Patchouli 24 he has nearly finished his 50ml bottle and at £157 to replace it, I doubt he will be having a new bottle for Christmas this year, bless him! He may however get lucky and find the cheaper shower gel in his stocking!

My fave Autumn Fragrance
I am a Miller Harris girl and probably always will be. For the last few years I have been wearing Wander through the parks A glorious green sparkling scent, Very evocative of the smell of rain showers in the woods, Miller Harris describe it thus …
Stinging nettles spring up all over London, producing a unique, sparkling green scent. Before they flower their spiky greens are smoothed, the sappy earthiness of the stems blend with zesty fruits. A beautiful unisex fragrance with fresh notes of Pink Grapefruit and Juicy Mandarin to balance the green, sappy Nettle.

My Bottle Is Almost Empty
But can I really justify asking for a replacement bottle that costs £125.00 just to smell nice? Even the 50ml bottle costs £95, so the larger bottle is actually better value. No this year we are researching lower priced new fragrance brands that will earn their keep on our bathroom shelves.
Researching New Autumn Fragrance Brands
Where to start in my quest for an autumn fragrance a ‘new to me ‘ fragrance brand. I have worn sooooo many over the years!. Today I am looking for natural scents, ethical brands with sustainable values and prices that don’t make my eyes water,
