The key word here has to be relax, take time for yourself, make a ritual of the little things. Find the time to love yourself, Those hands you think have aged into ugliness have been by your side forever. Treat them kindly they deserve it,
Likewise your feet have carried you this far, show them some TLC. Take them outside, walk barefoot on the grass, soak them in bath salts give them a tender massage. Self care is not just about our faces and necks you know!
