Summer sandals two little words that conjure up thoughts of sand, sun, sea and eating AL fresco. I wear flats in summer, life is too short for heels, you can’t run and skip in them can you, let alone ride a bike! So without further ado and in no particular order, let me share the four stylish but comfy pairs I have on rotation right now…
Four pairs of Summer Sandals
*Anita Sandal from BearPaw in Natural colour leather, as seen above with simple jeans and striped t-shirt
Anita is a beautiful double strap, slip-on sandal crafted in Spain, with a low wedge on a contoured foot-bed. Te sandal features a leather-covered cushioned foot bed and a jute trimmed midsole. You can even wear them on your bike as I do, but its probably classed as a health and safety accident waiting to happen!
Also from bear paw: *Daniela leather flat summer sandals
Easy slide-on style, Daniela features a wide strap with cut out detailing strap for a cool, pared-back style. An easy streamlined look, this shoe has a flat cork rubber outsole for maximum cushioning, with a soft leather footbed and a thin, rubberised outsole.
Such good value! Perfect for the garden or the beach, I have worn and worn these…
Top Tip, Good to Know for Bearpaw. I always go up a size, they come up small and I am a size 5. If you are between sizes definitely size up!

Oldies But Goodies a pair from *White Stuff a few years ago: More like school plimsolls but go with everything! White stuff repeat their products but update the colours, so you can usually find similar.
…&My Favourite Pair:
Bought from Cos in the Sale: such soft leather, chunky and edgy, but I think they go with everything! They are soo comfortable.
Do you have a favourite pair of casual summer sandals that come out year after year?
Disclosure: this post contains gifted items marked * that I love and wear a lot!
