More Autumn Boot Trends For 2019
Following on from my last autumnal post…I was born in Kent in the second week of October, a long, long time ago. That makes me a Libran so, out of all the seasons I love Autumn the best. The afternoon light, the weather, the smell of log fires and the clothes and boots! Last weekend my boots came out of storage, not to wear but to review. What pairs would still cut the mustard for fall 2019 and if I did buy something new what autumn boot trend would I fall for? Pun intended !

According to Vogue (my fashion bible) or indeed any other women’s magazine I happen to flick through, the knee high boot is the one to choose. Now whilst I do not advocate a slavish devotion to fashion or trends, I do like to be informed. Information gives me a wider choice of what to wear, donate or put away for another year…
2019 Autumn Boot trends.
Do you remember this post from when I first began to sort out some transitional outfits? You can see my biker boots all ready to wear again this year…

Shoes and Biker Boots I will be rewearing this year.
So back to those autumn boot trends there are so many to choose from. Cowboy or victoriana lace-ups, knee high or ankle, Biker boots or kitten heels? Personally I am going with the biker and the knee high, mainly because I have a few pairs already in my wardrobe…
I have identified 3 trends that as an older ‘gal’ I like and will wear:
- Biker Boot
- Knee High
- Western style
Biker boots because they are comfortable and stylish. Yes I will be wearing with my usual jeans and jumpers, the perfect attire for the UK winter and of course because I already have the pair you can seen above. Western because well…. see all the above plus they can be worn with dresses and skirts. Knee high, again very versatile, easily paired with dresses and skirts, as well as being super on trend for a/w 19. See my last post. Mainly because they look lovely with a tailored coat!
Autumn winter 2019 boots I love and would wear anytime and everywhere!
