Cropped Jeans how to style them 3 ways.
Cropped jeans am I right in thinking you probably have at least one pair in your wardrobe? They are a very useful summer item, a true classic that will rarely date. I have about 3 or four pairs of various ages and styles.
My favourite pair are wide legged, frayed, high waisted and now over 2 years old. They are from lindex a Finnish company that I admire very much. I do know that Next produced a very similar pair this year, in fact let’s face it, these frayed styles are everywhere right now.
Styling Cropped Jeans
I find it can sometimes be tricky to take a well loved summer garment through into autumn and make it last a little longer, thereby getting more wear for your money. So I though you may like to see how I style mine?
“…I find it can sometimes be tricky to take a well loved summer garment through into autumn and make it last a little longer…”
Therefore I have picked three very simple casual looks and teamed my wide legged crops with three various styles of footwear, three different tops and a couple of accessories. All of these items I already had in my wardrobe although some are newer than others.
1 Casual, casual:
Sneakers kate spade for keds (bought in US) Zara sweatshirt, necklace an old favourite from Pilgrim Jewellry
2 Feminine casual:
Blouse last season from zara, Sandals Radley, bag from Topshop similar here
3 Preppy Casual:
Knitwear top from Next, bag an old one from Zara, Boots JD Williams
I hope I have given you some inspiration? I have to admit I am now beginning to look forward to Autumn, how about you?
