May on the blog
My May began with a fun outfit challenge calledthe next one has come around so quickly (we post on the first Monday of each month) I canot wait to see the other girl’s new posts the theme is ‘Marvelous Metallics’ watch out for that one Monday June 5th next week?
Marc and I took a trip up to London for Aevent I got to meet some lovely new bloggers too. Marc loves the City!
May In the press
I was featured in the Sun Newspaper along withmore on that later, it really needs a whole blog post to itself!
May at home:
At home we had a big sort out and made room for aWe painted a wall a very dark green and added lots of plants…
My home office took a step further to being finished. Marc put up some fun and industrial looking scaffolding planks as shelves, he even made me some bespoke brackets for me. He also made me the metal grid that you can see below, it now has lots of pretty things hanging on it. He is so clever don’t you think?
I actually finished a project. Yep! so far it has lived on the back of the sofa and been well used during the chillier evenings…
I did start some new projects but I will go into more details on a seperate ‘whats on my hook’ post, later on in the month. but here is a quick peep! Its the ‘Mystical Lanterns’ pattern by Jane crowfoot.
I had a ‘root melt’ applied at the hairdressers, as I was starting to look a little too ‘brassy yellow’ for my liking.
I’m so much happier with the blondey/ browny colour now. Did you know it’s called Bronde?
Well that is a very quick summary of my May…I hope yours was just as much fun?
bestest wishes to you and yours
