A sewing challenge hosted by Handmade Jane
A week of wearing one pattern in many different ways.
My choice is a 1967 vintage, Simplicity dress pattern no. 6965.

Day Three
I needed Monday’s weather to be not too hot, not too cold, because you see I had planned my ‘owop’ outfit for a very special occasion…
The vintage fair was in town…‘Hurrah’
I had selected some baby needlecord in a bright olive green for todays challenge: same as day 2 but minus the sleeves….
I have decided to keep the bow as a ‘trademark’ decoration on every garment during this challenge.
For variation I could leave it out, but I like it, so it stays.
See?
The vanilla Squirrel my pal on all vintage excursions arrived bright eyed and bushy tailed.
We could not wait to see all our ‘Vintage Friends and Artisans Makers’
There was Made by swimmer….
and The Cat in the Shoe ….
and me!
doing the owop. challenge….
and shopping…..lots of shopping….
sew until later…..
