Just finished this very quick sew. Fleece lined sweatshirt with lovely sleeves and a cosy neckline. @simplicitymccallsuk pattern came free with @lovesewingmag . . Details; fabric from @sew__jessalli a thick fleece lines sweatshirt fabric. . I added a band and more length to my version. Next time I will use ribbed fabric for band and cuffs and cut them smaller. . The experimental sewing project is finished and it fits! Absolutely love the pattern. I have plans for a plain version with longer wider sleeves, in a handwoven cotton. Blouse is comfortable and easy to wear. It simply pulls over your head. . Serendipity stepped in when I ran out of scrap fabric for this toile version and made up the rest with a vintage scarf ! . Absolutely love the pattern. I have plans for a plain version with longer wider sleeves, in a handwoven cotton.
